Please note, as I will be visiting you, it is most important that you ensure you have adequate space on the ground floor level of your home. 

To receive the best from your treatment, we must not be disturbed by the telephone, or family members that share your home.

Before we start the treatment itself, I will need to go through a Medical Questionnaire with you, which must be signed before we begin.
